Boxing Day on the Harbour

2025 Event Cancelled

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision that we will not be proceeding with the event this year. This decision is driven by our current capacity limitations and the need to focus our resources entirely on providing our core services for the children in our care.
It takes significant planning to run such a large event, and our high-priority obligations this year meant we could not dedicate the time required. We want to acknowledge our event partner, who remains fully supportive of our ongoing partnership. They have in no way been a factor in this decision.
We know this event is special to many of you, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Stewart House and Transdev Sydney Ferries offer an opportunity to watch the start of the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race from the water.

Each year, 1,600 children with challenging life circumstances come to Stewart House for some respite. One of the most-loved excursions during their stay is a ferry ride from Manly to the city.  For some, this may be the first time they see Sydney Harbour. To help meet the students’ travel costs, Transdev generously provides Stewart House with exclusive access to two Sydney Ferries on Boxing Day as a fundraiser. We are grateful for their support!
