Term 2 2023 Program Highlights
During Term 2, we hosted children from various regions across Greater Sydney for a break and to experience the unique Stewart House 12-day residential program.
With our unseasonably mild weather, the children have especially enjoyed going on outings across Sydney, visiting Taronga Zoo, the Maritime Museum, Vivid Sydney and even a record-breaking Sydney Swans game (the second-highest score ever for the club and greatest since 1987!).
PharmaCare, our valued charity partner, continues its support of Stewart House. As a Silver Corporate Partner, they have been donating goods and money for many years through the PharmaCare Helping Hands Committee.
Recently, their staff participated in a baked goods Bake-Off competition, aptly themed “Fit for a King”, raising funds that were generously donated to Stewart House.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to PharmaCare for their unwavering support in transforming the lives of children in need. Together, we are building a brighter future!
On Wednesday, June 21, 2023, Stewart House students and staff enjoyed a special NSW Parliament House tour.
The 21 enthusiastic students from various regions of Sydney had a meet-and-greet with MPs, some from their home electorates. They also had the chance to sit in the Legislative Assembly Gallery while the Speaker briefly welcomed them.
Thanks to the support of visiting MPs and the office of James Griffin MP, it was an unforgettable experience!
A Fun-Run Supporting Northern Beaches CharitiesWe are thankful to be one of eight fellow local Northern Beaches charities supported by the Rotary Club of Warringah in the 2023 Beach2Beach Charity Fun Run event.
You can join the Stewart House team or create your own and nominate Stewart House as your charity of choice. There are three distances to choose from, so come along for a run, jog or walk on Sunday, 27 August 2023.

$30 will give 1 child healthcare and wellbeing treatment for 1 day
