THE COURTESY VEHICLE MENTIONED ABOVE IS MADE AVAILABLE TO THE
CUSTOMER AS A BAILEE AT WILL SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- That all running expenses (including fuel) be met by the customer. (Min $20 / 1/4 tank refuel fee)
- The customer is responsible for any damages mechanical or otherwise caused to the motor vehicle loaned
- That any damage to the vehicle including damage to body paint trim and or mechanical components as a result
of accident or collision be reported as soon as possible to the provider. - The customer understands that he/she is liable and agrees to meet the cost of any repairs to the vehicle arising
from accident or collision where that cost is less than the insurance excess as detailed above. Where the cost of
such repairs exceeds the insurance excess detailed above; the customer agrees to meet the whole of the
insurance excess detailed above. - The customer agrees to meet the cost of any traffic infringements incurred whilst the vehicle is in his/her
possession and agrees to pay all fines imposed as a result thereof. - The customer will meet the cost of restoring the vehicle to reasonable condition if the vehicle is returned in
an unclean condition; and - In the event the vehicle is not returned to the Provider within 8 hours of the provider requesting its return the
customer acknowledges he/she will pay the the provider a fee for the hire of the vehicle for the excess period
at the rate of $100.00 per day or part thereof. - *Age excess rates are 22-25 years (inclusive): $450.00. Under 22 years: $850.00.
