Stewart House Envelope Raffle 2026

Terms and Conditions for the 2026 Stewart House Envelope Raffle

All proceeds will fund Stewart House programs providing healthcare, respite and education to approximately 1,600 public-school children from NSW and the ACT each year.

  • All supporters of Public Education in NSW are eligible to enter the draw (open to NSW residents of all ages).
  • Stewart House board members, staff and their families are not eligible to enter the draw.
  • To enter the draw for the prize, there is a $2.00 minimum donation.
  • Two entry options provided – digital and cash via official envelope. See below for details.
  • You may enter more than once by selecting the digital payments option via RaffleTix. Cash entries, using the official raffle envelope, qualify as one entry per envelope where each envelope includes $2.00.
  • The closing date for entries is Thursday, 21 May 2026. Completed envelopes must reach Stewart House on that day.
  • The draw will take place at Stewart House – 45 Carrington Parade, Curl Curl NSW on Friday, 22 May 2026, at 12 pm.
  • The winning entries for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes will be drawn at Stewart House, Curl Curl, on Friday, 22 May 2026.  The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • An official envelope must be received for a participant to qualify for the prize draw.
  • The winner will be contacted by telephone and email.

  • 1st Prize – MINI Countryman C Classic ($52,700 RRP)
  • 2nd Prize – $500 AmpolCash digital gift card
  • 3rd Prize – XPENG G6 for a weekend (Value $400)

Entry Options and Funding Approvals

  • Digital Entries (preferred): Scan the QR code below to purchase single or multiple tickets instantly online via RaffleTix. (Do not return the envelope). (Art Union Authority Number: GOCAU/2670)
  • Cash Entries: To purchase a single ticket, please place a $2 coin in the official envelope supplied: “Stewart House Envelope Raffle 2026”. You must complete the details on the back and return the envelope to your school in time for the draw. (Charitable Fundraising Authority Number: CFN/21870)

QR Codes & Cashless Fundraising

We are finding that more and more individuals and schools are embracing cashless payments. For those schools and individuals wishing to encourage cashless donations, please download and share the following Stewart House QR Code image. It links directly to our approved raffle ticketing platform: RaffleTix.

Families can scan the QR code on the envelope to pay online. There is no return of envelope required with this option. For cash entries, envelopes must be returned to the school office in time to make the draw! Schools are required to count and bank cash entries and then mail the envelopes directly to Stewart House (PO Box 21 Freshwater NSW 2096). Cash deposits from schools may be processed using the school PCard via the Stewart House website here: https://www.stewarthouse.org.au/donate/.
